Every child, teen, and young adult has a story—and sometimes that story includes moments that feel heavy, confusing, or too hard to carry alone. My role as a therapist is to walk alongside you or your child, helping build safety, understanding, and hope along the way.
I specialize in working with children, adolescents, and young adults who are navigating trauma, anxiety, emotional dysregulation, and life transitions. Using a blend of EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), I help clients process difficult experiences, strengthen coping skills, and feel more grounded and confident in themselves.
I strive to create a space that feels safe, supportive, and collaborative—where healing can happen at a pace that honors each person’s unique journey. Whether we’re working on calming big emotions, healing from past pain, or strengthening family communication, therapy is a partnership built on compassion and trust.
